Refer A Young Adult to My Time Movement

Connecting former foster youth to stability, support, and community.

My Time Community accepts referrals for former foster youth ages 18 to 25 who may need support navigating adulthood. Whether the young adult needs help with housing, documentation, education, employment, wellness, or basic needs, our team is here to walk alongside them with compassion and consistent support.

 

Referrals allow us to reach youth early, long before they fall into homelessness or crisis. Once received, our team contacts the young adult directly to connect them to the appropriate My Time Community programs and services, including the H.E.E.N.A Assessment, life-skills support, housing navigation, and community-based resources.
